She is survived by: her son Michael Leathead Jr. (Allison); her mother Ardith Johnson; her grandchildren, Caleb, Colbie, Caden Leathead, Cody, Carly and Camille Fry; her siblings, Michelle Roderick (Randy) and Kevin Brown; and her friend Mike. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
