She is survived by: her husband Clay; and her children, Desiree Molnar (Brandyn), Jack Henry (Ivy), Kyle Henry (Mackenzie), Jessica Andrew (Darryl) and Austin Lee Henry (Sage). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 sisters.
