She is survived by: her son Richard Mark Evans (Karene); and her grandchildren, Richard D. Evans, Rachel Andrews, Samantha, Seth, Shane Goebel, Cassandra, Zachary Evans, Brent Chorny (Vanessa) and Ryan Chorny. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
