He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sklenar and Catherine Sklenar (Vasko); his grandson Eric Doza; his siblings, Katy Sklenar, Maria Sklenar and Bob Sklenar; his siblings-in-law, Betsy Sklenar, Albert Rebone and Harold Johnson; his niece Debora DuRocher; and his friend Joseph Zagaroli.
He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Rebone; his wife Dorothy Sklenar; his children, Debra Rowan (Bill), Patricia Siembida (Steve), Kenneth Sklenar and Randy; his grandchildren, Joel Portincasa (Beth), Chris Portincasa (Angela), Lauren Bredberg (Phil), Scott Siembida (Jen), Scott Doza (Heidi), Paul Siembida (Susan), Laura Miller (Jeff), Sarah Garner (Nick), Alicia McKinney (Bryan), David Jeffers, Allison Jeffers, Noah van Hartesveldt, Catalina van Hartesveldt, Nathan Sklenar, Brandon Sklenar, Jason Sklenar, Amy Sklenar, Megan Anderson (Tyler), Lee Sklenar, Abby Sklenar and Jackson Sklenar; his siblings, Edward Sklenar (Carol) and Martha Sklenar; and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Doppel (George), Barbara Johnson and Sheila Rebone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
