He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel Silva and Macel Silva; his close friend Kim Silva; and his former wife Kathleen McCarty. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Patterson (Alyssa Hile), Krystalyn Silva (Bryan Oswald), Amber Silva (Michael Hensley), Robert Silva, Jessica Jacobs (Brandon) and Casey Patterson; his grandchildren, Ian, Raedyn, Autumn, Ma'kenna, Kayden, Kachiri, Kamille and Jaidin; his great grandchild Kali; his siblings, Steve Silva (Donna), Jim Silva (Dianna), David Silva, Chris Silva (Erin) and Diane Hart (Mitch); and the mother of his children Sherryl Ball. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
