He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kroll and Ann Kroll; and his wife Joyce Ann Wellman. He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph, Florence and Pat; and his children, Bill Jr., Jo, Dawn (Larry) and Russell. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, 8 brothers, and a host of very special nieces, nephews, and Friends.
