He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Firestone and Ruth Firestone (Chaffee); his siblings, Jack Firestone, Wayne Firestone, Edward Chaffee, Valerie Lizut (Firestone), Roberta Jones (Firestone) and Betty Chaffee; his siblings-in-law, Albert Temple, Nancy Temple, Robert Temple, Robert Beckeman, Ken Jones, Don Lizut and Darlene Firestone; and his parents-in-law, George and Mildred Temple.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Firestone (Temple); his children, Robert Firestone (Patricia) and Kelly Firestone (Gary Williams); his grandchildren, William Robert Firestone, Shelby Lynne Stansell (Firestone), Amanda Jo Kisler (Firestone) and Cassidy May Pennell; his sister Barbara Ritsema (Firestone); his siblings-in-law, Ronald and Kathy Temple; his cousin Beverly Hammond (Danz); and his pet CoCo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
