He is survived by: his spouse Hermina Winter; and his children, Jeff Simmons (Robin), Steve Simmons (Judy), Teresa Schooley (Shelly) and Mark Simmons (Shelly). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
