Perry; her husband Terry; her children, Troy VanVoorst (Kristina) and Shelli Stevens (Geremy); her stepchildren, Craig Perry (Rebecca) and Kelly Perry; her grandchildren, Tia, Kirsha, Mike, Atreau, Kiley, Holland, Acacia, Gage, Nixon, Leighton, Hensley and Reid; her great grandchildren, Gemma, Ezrielle and Isla; and her siblings, Brian Green (Wendy), Darrell Green, Nina Green (Dana), Tina King (Tim) and Catherine Davis (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
