She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mylenek and Gertrude Mylenek (Newman); her siblings, Helen Mylenek, Carol Mylenek, Skippy Mylenek, John Mylenek and Jim Mylenek Sr.; and her sister-in-law Carol "Sue" Mylenek.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Way (Stephen); her grandchildren, Heather Guenther (Rik) and Patrick Unger (Jen); her great grandchildren, Penelope, Donovan, Nova and Charlotte; her sister-in-law Faye Mylenek; her close friend Sister Agnes Mary Wojtkowiak; and her sister Sue Elwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
