She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rosema and Beverly Rosema (Gonyon); her husband Gustav Asmus; and her daughter Lynda Burns. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Asmus, Brent Rosema (Julie), Marcia Boone, Tony Asmus, Nick Asmus and Jason Janusiewicz; her grandchildren, Jake Boone (Sara), Gus Boone, Caden Dobrowolski, Kaylin Dobrowolski, Ava Asmus, Aj Asmus, Gabrielle Asmus, Devon Asmus, Kennedy Rosema, Chase Rosema, Halie DeNio and Ty Asmus; her siblings, Mark Steven Gonyon, Greg Rosema (Trudy) and Kelly Sahagun (Jesus); her aunt Carol Feldman (Joe); her son-in-law Aaron Burns; and her close friend Diane Stubbs.
