It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velva Jean Glowacki (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah and Emmett W. Emerick, Sr.; her stepfather John Belen; her brothers, Curtis William Emerick and Emmett William "Bill" Emerick, Jr.; her sister-in-law Jamie Emerick; her nephew Dan Emerick; and her niece Mary Jennifer VanSumeren (Emerick).
She is survived by: her children, Christopher D. Glowacki, Brian D. Glowacki (Jeanette), Darlene Marie Stadt and MaryEllen Brandl (Joe); her grandchildren, Amy Lynne Parsons (James), Danielle Marie Farber (Margie) and Timothy James "T. J."; her great grandchildren, Noah Lee Russell (Kayleen), Madeleine Nicole Daehn, Kade Marie Farber, Lukus James Farber and Annabelle Grace Parsons; her great great grandchild Naydene Maleigh Russell; her sister Sally Jo Braun (Merle); and her nieces and nephews, Michele Luttig (Larry), Tracy Schmidt (Mike), Rebecca "Becky" Foster, Matt Braun (Peggy), Jason Braun (Cassie) and Steve Emerick.
