She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Woods (Johnnie) and Mack Kornbacher; her son Lindsey Jr. McCrary; her brothers, Joseph and William Kornbacher; and her granddaughter Michelle Green.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Alcorn (Jacques Mitchell), Johnny Alcorn (Cynthia), Ethel Fay Alcorn-Lummen, Phyllis Green (Ted), Eugene Alcorn Jr. (Liz) and Terry McCrary; her grandchildren, Stacy Holt (Marquita), Tonya Willingham, Glenda Williams (James), Aaron Hobson (Wei Li), Eric Alcorn (Sarah), Jeremy Peppers (Vicki) of Diane Green, PJ, Terrell, Michael, Precious and Amber McCrary; her niece Joanne Kornbacher; and her close friend Shirley Karakis (Rob). She is also survived by thirty great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
