We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2022, at the age of 27, Tyler Phillip Bazzett of Muskegon, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Lisa Potter. He is survived by: his parents, Duane Bazzett (Gail) and Colleen Leisenring-Bazzett (Leisenring); and his uncle Wayne Leisenring. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
