He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Garvey and Laura Garvey (Puckett); and his siblings, Ben Garvey and Vicky Debrie. He is survived by: his children, Timothy J. Garvey (Elizabeth), Kimberly Cucciniello (Steven) and Jason Garvey (Rachel); his brother Warren Garvey (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Theresa Garvey. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
