He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Wiersma and Lois Wiersma (Kuziak). He is survived by: his sons, Matt Wiersma (Jacie) and Zach Wiersma (Kate); his grandchildren, Harper and Colton; and his siblings, Cheryl Gaudette, Patti Stoevsand, Joy Wiersma and Jerry Wiersma (Jill).
