She was predeceased by: her parents, Marinus Cook (Rean) and Ella Cook (Sieplinga); her husband Vern; her son Darcy; and her siblings, Ed, Herm, Tom, Jim Cook and Barb Spoelman.
She is survived by: her former husband Vernon Bergman; her sons, Gordon (Rhonda), Steven (Lisa) of Grand Rapids and Doug (Sharon) of Muskegon; her grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson (Jeremy), Stephanie Storms (Jason), Rachel Bergman, Katie Miller (Cory), Michael Bergman (Kelly), Robert Bergman (Stephanie) and Julie Bytwerk; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Vos, Joyce VanderMolen and Arla Maginnis (Stu). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 2 step great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great -grandchildren.
