She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Hoffman and Blanche Hoffman (Dean); and her sister Jo Anne "Jo" Bergbower (Charles). She is survived by: her siblings, Douglas Hoffman (Lisa) and Bonnie Nolan; her nieces and nephews, Teri Bergbower, Leigh Morse-Williams (Lare), Mitchel Hoffman and Cody Hoffman (Megan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney, Macey, Alex, Maddison, Jason, Noah, Joseph and Dean.
