She is survived by: her parents, Paul Petrick (Jennifer) and Francene Neelis-Taylor; and her siblings, Alyssa Stark (Tim), Joseph Siwicke III, Dillan Neelis (Chad), Matthew Petrick, Bry'elle Taylor, Jacob Petrick, Noah, Lydia, Caleb and Grace Sweet.

In lieu of floral arrangements, donations can be made to Heaven Can Wait Animal Haven or Muskegon Pride in memory of Tara.
