She was predeceased by: her father Glen Heath. She is survived by: her daughter Angel; her grandchildren, Jaydin and Cody; her mother Sandy Heath; and her sisters, Lori King (Craig), Sandy Rivera (Ricky) and Pam Heath (Ron Minzey). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
