He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Reames and MaryAnn Reames (Suchecki); his wife Cheryl R. Young; and his brothers, Jim and Bobby Reames.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Huston, Kim Burke (Kevin) and Tracy Dorton (Corey); his stepson Rick Egeler (Kate); his grandchildren, Jacob, Zach, Cody, Elizabeth, Alyssa, Emily, Kaden and Gunner; his siblings, Cindy Pieczynski (Ron), Gary Reames (Maureen) and Greg Reames (Teresa); his siblings-in-law, Cindy Reames, Doris Dowdy (Mike), Jeff Young, Gary Young (Liz) and Ed Young; his close friend Mike Workman; and the mother of his children Cherri Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The celebration of Steve's life that was planned for Wednesday and the visitation that was planned for Tuesday, has been POSTPONED due to COVID-19 concerns.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Careline Hospice and Senior Resources of West Michigan will be appreciated.
