He was predeceased by: his parents, Milivoy Sugin and Karoline Sugin (Koster); and his siblings, Ernst Cassau and Gertrude Werner. He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Sugin; his children, Elizabeth, Christopher Sugin (Misty Griswold) and Stephannie Sugin; his grandchildren, Mackennzie and Dominic Sugin; and his sister Vivian Baird (Rodney). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
