She was predeceased by: her parents, William DeMoor and Tillie DeMoor (Alderink); her husband Robert Palmatter; her son Thomas Palmatter; and her siblings, Harold Giddis, Dorothy Hosko and Betty Sheehy.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Albert (Steve); and her siblings, Robert Palmatter (Leda) of Spring Lake, Janice Troeger (Marc) of Holland, Joanne Anderson (Rick) of Jenison, Nancy Haaser-Jones (Mark) of Holland and Joyce VanderWall of Ontario, Canada. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
