She was predeceased by: her father David Freeman. She is survived by: her spouse Andrew "Andy" Miller; her children, Justin Strieder and Makenzie Miller; her mother Bonnie Carpenter; her siblings, Chris, John Freeman (Kristie Hall) and Chad Freeman (Sheri Lee Damm); her significant other Alyssa Wiederhoeft; and also Chase.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Sandy's name to the Johnson Cancer Center, or future college expenses for Makenzie will be appreciated (checks can be made out to Andy).
