She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Kuck; her niece Andrea Mura; and her mother Sophie Kuck (Faltinowski). She is survived by: her spouse Charles "Buzz" Dick; her sons, Louis Thomas Slater (Amber) and Thomas Lawrence Slater; her grandchildren, Chad, Cade and Madison; and her sisters, Debra Arnson (Ron), Barb Miller, Pam Kuck Beegle and Brenda Hutchinson (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the family to help with expenses.
