She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Billington and Helen Billington (Cutter); and her siblings, Leo Billington, Velma Lowden, Melba Tanner, Janice Lowden and Joanna Billington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Armstrong (Ken) and Veronica Bouwkamp (Kevin); her stepchildren, April and Rick; her grandchildren, Dennis (Kayliegh), Becky (Joe), Crystyl, David (Ashley), Joshua (Caroline) and Chelsea (John); and her sister Cathy Burrows. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
