She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester "Leon" and Ruth Rodgers (Bynum); her husband Frank Stowe; her son Harrell Stowe; and her siblings, Jim Rodgers and Opal Baumgarner.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Rasmussen (Gary); her grandchildren, Ken McCarty (Marie), James McCarty, Melissa Malmgren and Amanda Rasmussen; her great grandchildren, Haley Rasmussen and Ryden Malmgren; her siblings, Boyce Rodgers, Lee Rodgers (Paula), Charles Rodgers (Asmaa), Jean Castner (Don) and Mary Hattox (Richard); and her sister-in-law Edna Carlton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
