She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johnson and Edith Johnson (Chester); her husband Glenn Flintoff; her granddaughter Amber Derks; and her siblings, Verna, Don, Gene and Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Bernd (David), Larry Flintoff (Leeann) and Pam Derks (Jeff); her grandchildren, Rachel Wingett (Joe), Mandi Urgo (Jason), Larry Flintoff, Nicole Crawford, Ashley Schoonmaker (Darmon) and Zach Derks (Katie); her daughter Michelle; and her nephew Leonard Allen. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
