It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosiena Johnson-Pickens (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on May 27, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her aunt Mary; her husband Amos Pickens Jr.; her children, Sharon Bankhead of Muskegon Heights, Chester Johnson of Muskegon, Deborah Johnson of Battle Creek, MI, Myleek Johnson (Jaja) of Atlanta and Georgia; her brother Andrew Carson (Velma) of Muskegon; and her sister-in-law Alice Carson. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunt, uncles, nieces nephews cousins and many friends.
Celebration of Life visitation services will be held on Friday June 5, 2020 from 12 noon- 2pm after which there will be a private graveside service at Mona View Cemetery because of COVID-19.
