We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2023, at the age of 79, Roosevelt Day of Muskegon, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David "Bob" Day and Annie Lee; his siblings, David, Robert, Charles, Otha, Edward, Thelma, Rose Lee, Annie Bell, Elizabeth Owens and Pauline Seals; and his children, Sharon Gilan and Darryl Day.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Day; his children, Roosevelt Day Jr. of Muskegon, Carlton Reid of Muskegon, Samuel Day of Muskegon, Anthony Reid of Muskegon, Marvin Reid of Jackson, Tennessee and Cheryl Day of Muskegon; his sisters, Mary Scott and Nora Taylor; and his close friend Mary Louise Reid. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
