We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2025, at the age of 90, Roger L. DeYoung (Muskegon, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Roger departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Roger. Though Roger may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph DeYoung and Cora DeYoung. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Lynda DeYoung of Muskegon and Roger DeYoung II (Leslie) of Muskegon; and his sisters, Elaine Rousell of Muskegon and Shirley Elfriech (Stanton) of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
