He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sloan and Alma Sloan; and his brother Carl Sloan. He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his children, Alan Sloan (Tammy) of Muskegon, Debbie Perry (Steve) of Muskegon, Catherine Dowdy (Tony) of Muskegon and Christine Chase (Tim) of Muskegon. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
