He is survived by: his sons, Jordan Wansten of Muskegon and Morgan Wansten of Muskegon; his siblings, Cheryl Gardner (Steve) of Muskegon, Ken Wansten (Cheryl) of Muskegon and Theresa Babcock (Chuck) of Muskegon; his nieces and nephews, Kyle and Kasey; and his cousins, Marcia Cooper and Mark Maynard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
