He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Neiser and Rose Neiser (Wood); his daughter Jill; and his siblings, Martha, Margaret, Ann, Mary and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberlyn Patterson (Clyde) and Robert Neiser Jr. (Sue); his brother Richard Neiser (Louise); his brother-in-law James Cole; and his close friends, Marsha Ahearn, Dan and Lori Carlson.
