He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Kempker and Viola Kempker (Venske); his wife Nancy Russell; his children, Dawn Foutch (Tim) of Fruitport, Robert Kempker Jr. (Mari) of Muskegon, Shelly Kempker of Muskegon, Russell Kempker of Plymouth and Kimberley Johnson of Muskegon; his grandchildren, Tonya, Johnnie, Raeshell, Jori, Kristen, Daniel and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Erick, Leon, Johnnie, Raelynn, Melvin, Paul, Raeonna, Zoey and Zachary; and his siblings, Harold, Ronald Kempker and Sue Rice (Dennis). He was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.
