He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Fitzpatrick and Patricia Fitzpatrick (Blake); his wife Jacqueline Fitzpatrick (Zok); his daughter Donna McKnight; and his sister Molli Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Reynolds (Timothy), Wesley VerHulst (Kelly), Debra Baker and Thomas Boomer; and his siblings, Christine McNinch (Timothy), Kelly Dahlman (Douglas), Blake Fitzpatrick (Linda) and Daniel Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
