He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Doctor and Ruth Doctor (Weesies); and his sister Donna Mayette (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Henrietta VanEck; his sons, Thomas Doctor (Jeanine) and Eric Doctor (Terra); his grandchildren, Lauryn, Aryssa, Landon, Peyton and Owen; his brothers, Roger Doctor (Sheri) and Kenneth Doctor (Wilma); and his sisters-in-law, Jane Spoelman and Nell VanDyke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
