He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Check and Eleanor C. Check (Uhor); and his brother George Check. He is survived by: his son David Check (Emily); his grandchildren, Evelynn, Grace and Max; his siblings, Richard Check (Vicki), Carol Check and Debra Versalle (Rick); and his nieces and nephews, Ricky, Kara and Kyle.
