He is survived by: his girlfriend Terri Gasaway; his children, Benjamin Fialek (Michelle Gregor), Bryan Fialek (Andrea), Jennifer Fialek (Tom Westphall) and David Eklund (Angie); his grandchildren, Blake Fialek (Mikaela), Ashley Fialek, Brodrick Fialek, Nevaeh Eklund, Katelynn Eklund and Madalyn Eklund; his stepchildren, Joshua Baum (Kari), Jacklyn Brand (Todd), Jenalee Gerencer (Eddie) and Bill Seitz Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Camden of Reed, EJ and Andrew; his siblings, Chuck Fialek (Michelle), Roxanne Rogers (Phil), Tom Fialek (Cheryl), LeAnn Flintoff (Larry), John Fialek (Jeanie) and Joe Fialek; his parents-in-law, Sandy Beegle, Ronald and Beverly Purcell; and his brother-in-law Ron.
