He was predeceased by: his father Blaine James Shook. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Shook (Jackson); his children, Rickey Lee Shook Jr. (Brandy Roth), Jenna Shook (Johnathon Calabrese) and Tony Hutchinson (Autumn); the mother of his children Lynda; and his siblings, Lisa Luce-Shook (Michael Sircher), Randy Shook (Thressa) and Ron Shook (Rosie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
