He is survived by: his children, Brett Bayne (Cherie), Rich Rafferty Jr., Patrick Rafferty, Trent Hatinger (Kristie) and Kimberly Rafferty; his siblings, Sandra Anderson (Terry), Christine Schmitt (Karl), Dawn Rafferty, Linda Bates, Deborah Brown, Thomas Tallquist, Denny Brown and Steve Rafferty; and his pet BlackJack (BJ). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
