He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee McEwen and Ethel McEwen; his wife Gerane McEwen; his son Thomas McEwen; his grandson Kenneth McEwen; and his niece Kathy Butrick.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Norma), Don (Carla) and Jon (Amy); his grandchildren, Lee McEwen (Mia), Lauren Mooney (Michael), Robert McEwen, Michael McEwen and Mitchell McEwen; his stepgrandchildren, John, Maddie and Katie Pascarella; his great grandchildren, Aila, Kaia McEwen, Thomas, Ronan and Lincoln Mooney; his niece Susie Butrick; and his nephew Bob Butrick (Laura).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (1201 Jefferson St, Muskegon, MI 49441).
