With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Larry Hoover (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on February 5, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Betsy Mitchell; and his granddaughter Ally Givens. He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Charlie (Rae), Jim (Bev) and Carla Givens (Jamie); and his son-in-law Kenneth Mitchell.

He originated the ODRAM ride (One Day Ride Across Michigan) which is now a fund-raiser for the Junior Diabetes Foundation.
