He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Loveless and Ruthella Loveless (Ogden); his sons, Richard Loveless and Scott Loveless; and his sisters, Fern Myszak and Iris Williamson.

He is survived by: his sons, Rex Jr. Loveless (Sheila) of Wyoming, MI, James Loveless of Riverview, FL, Earl Loveless (Sandy) of Norton Shores, MI and Jock Loveless of Jackson, MI; and his brother Jack Loveless. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
