Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Randal leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Appel and Ardys I. Appel; and his brothers, John and Dennis. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Woodruff (Rob), Terrance Appel and Shari DeCou (Jonathan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
