He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Ralph Williams III (Karen), Tracie Conners, Louis Branch III (Sara), Carole Geiger (Troy) and Stephanie Bevins (Benjamin); and his sisters, Elaine Spears (Robert) and Kathy Jones. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
