He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Winter and Golda Winter; his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Dawn and Sharon Mahoney; his siblings, Wayne Winter and Carol Peterson; and his pet Max.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Angela Morin of Muskegon; his daughters, Dixie Chapman of Fremont and Carol Collins (Don) of Indiana; his siblings, Marsha McNeal (Floyd) of Muskegon, Myrna Locke and Lake; his brother-in-law Dave Peterson of Muskegon; and his great grandchild David Morin (Kalisha) of Muskegon. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
