He is survived by: his spouse Elaine M. Bush; his sons, David Madison (Lynn), Wayne Madison (Mali) and Peter J. Madison; his grandsons, Matthew Madison, Todd Madison (Rachel) and Christopher Madison; and his sister-in-law Beverly Forbear.
