Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Peggy Joanne LeBel (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away at the age of 69, on February 28, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Phillips and Dorothy Phillips (Wolfe); and her sisters, Patricia Holbrook and Phyllis Zamora. She is survived by: her husband Larry LeBel; her daughters, Kristine Horan (Robert) and Rebecca Gonzalez (Jose); her grandchildren, Ayden, Ethan, Liam and Ellie; and her sisters, Pamela Blackey (James) and Priscilla Campbell (Larry).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Peggy can be made out to The Noah Project of Muskegon.
