She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Polak and Anna (Lichota); her husband Thomas A. Whelpley; her sisters, Mary Lasser and Kathryn Polak; and her son Jon Whelpley.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Vos (William) of Salinas, CA. and Patrick Whelpley (Connie) of Lake, Mi; her grandchildren, Crystal, Amber, Amy, Nathan, Elizabeth and Christine of Corunna; her great grandchildren, Christian, Joshua, Trevor, Hunter, Skyblue, Violet Rose, Sunnyblue, Kendall, Molly, Darling, Izadora, Camryn and Brooks of Mi; her great great grandchildren, Conner and Jhet of Hi; and her sister Josephine DeClaire of Lacey, WA.
Memorial donations may be made to the new Lothrop, United Methodist Church, in honor of Pearl.
